By accessing or using FreelanceHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Roles include clients (who buy) and freelancers (who sell).
2. Orders & escrow
When a buyer funds an order, the amount is held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller when the buyer approves the delivery, or refunded if an order is cancelled before delivery. Platform fees, if any, are shown before you transact.
3. Conduct
You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and not to attempt to bypass payments or abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Disputes
If a dispute arises on a funded order, either party may open a dispute. An administrator will review the case and resolve it by releasing funds to the seller or refunding the buyer.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Wallet balances reflect completed transactions. Withdrawals, where available, follow the payout process described at checkout.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FreelanceHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
